Welcome to Obasu Portable Solutions. We are committed to delivering high-quality portable fiberglass units with integrity and transparency. By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

In these terms and conditions:

• "Company", "We", "Us" refers to Obasu Portable Solutions.
• "Customer", "You" refers to the individual or entity purchasing products from the Company.
• "Products" refers to portable fiberglass toilets, bathrooms, and related custom structures supplied by the Company.

Our units are classified as portable temporary structures made of fiberglass (FRP). They are not permanent residential dwellings. By purchasing, the Customer acknowledges that:

• It is the Customer's sole responsibility to obtain any necessary permits for the placement and use of the units.
• The units are designed for portable use and must be placed on a flat, stable, and level surface.

• All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment is required prior to delivery or collection.
• Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit upon confirmation.
• Ownership of the Products passes to the Customer only upon full payment.

• Site Access: The Customer must ensure clear, safe access for the delivery vehicle.
• Unloading: Delivery is to the curb or nearest accessible point. Final placement is the Customer's responsibility.
• Inaccessible Sites: If the site is deemed unsafe, goods will be unloaded at the nearest safe location. Additional costs for redelivery are borne by the Customer.

The Customer must inspect the Products immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported to the driver and noted on the delivery receipt at the time of receipt. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance.

• Standard Units: Returns of unused standard units may be accepted within 7 days, subject to a restocking fee and return transport costs.
• Custom Units: Orders for customized units are final and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Products.
• The Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, unlevel ground, extreme weather, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeddah.
